Ordering and Payment Information
To order custom woodworking or stained glass work, email us at rgv-orders@custom-woodworking-design.com, or phone (403) 782-1842.
Custom work requires custom pricing.
- Projects are priced individually
- Pricing will be agreed upon during the initial consultation.
- Price includes materials at cost
- Price includes design and labour
- 1/3 of the payment will be made at time of contractual agreement, with the balance payable upon delivery.
Payment: Payment may be made by cash, cheque or money order. Make cheques or money orders payable to: Rod G. Vandaelle.
Timing and Delivery: Custom work is, by nature, variable, so delivery times and arrangements will be agreed upon during the initial consultation and will be dependent on the type of project.
Satisfaction Guarantee and Returns Policy
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: Working with natural woods and art glass results in natural variations which add to the uniqueness of the piece. These variations cannot be predicted. Workmanship will be to your satisfaction and any concerns within the first year will be corrected. Remember, there are no clerks or middlemen to deal with - you are dealing directly with the artisan!
